91福利社RCM uses 91福利社intelligence® to display payers’ plan codes. A plan code is a unique code used to identify a specific insurance plan for a payer that has many insurance plans. Plan codes are configured in 91福利社91福利社, 91福利社Home Care, 91福利社Hospice, or 91福利社Palliative Care, then transmitted to 91福利社RCM.
To view a payer’s plan code in 91福利社RCM, navigate to the Claims tab and click on the desired claim to open it. Select the Payers and Subscribers tab to navigate to that section of the claim. Click the edit icon under Actions next to the desired payer to view the Plan Code field.
Plan codes cannot be added or modified in 91福利社RCM. To remove the plan code from the claim, click Clear.
